2. Hvilke data indsamler vi?

SkatKm indsamler og behandler udelukkende data du selv indtaster:

Hjemmeadresse og arbejdspladsadresser (til km-beregning)
Pendlingslogninger (dato, km, transportmiddel)
Profiloplysninger (navn, kommune/region)
Appindstillinger (sprog, notifikationer, skattesatser)
Transportudgifter du logger manuelt (benzin, billetter mv.)

        Vi indsamler ikke betalingsoplysninger (behandles af Apple), placeringshistorik (placering bruges kun aktivt når du trykker "Brug min nuværende placering"), eller andre personidentificerbare oplysninger.
      

3. Hvor opbevares dine data?

Alle data opbevares:

Lokalt på din enhed — i appens sandboxede lagerplads
I din personlige iCloud-konto — via Apple CloudKit (iCloud.app.skatKm.data)

        Vi har ingen adgang til din iCloud-konto. Dine data forlader aldrig din personlige Apple-infrastruktur. Vi kan ikke se, tilgå eller eksportere dine data.
      

4. Deling med tredjeparter

Vi deler, sælger eller udleverer ikke dine personoplysninger til nogen tredjeparter — hverken til reklameformål, analyse eller andre formål.

Apple behandler betalinger via App Store. Se Apples privatlivspolitik for detaljer om den behandling.

5. Dine rettigheder (GDPR)

Du har ret til at:

Indsigt — se alle dine data via appen
Berigtigelse — rette dine data direkte i appen
Sletning — slette alle data via Indstillinger → Slet alle data
Dataportabilitet — eksportere dine data som PDF-rapport
Indsigelse — kontakt os for at rejse indsigelse mod behandling

6. Placering (GPS)

SkatKm anmoder om adgang til din placering kun når du aktivt trykker "Brug min nuværende placering" for at udfylde din hjemmeadresse. Vi gemmer aldrig din løbende GPS-placering eller placeringshistorik.

7. Notifikationer

Hvis du aktiverer daglige påmindelser, sender appen lokale notifikationer fra din egen enhed. Disse data forlader aldrig din enhed.

8. Børn

SkatKm er ikke beregnet til børn under 13 år og vi indsamler ikke bevidst data om børn.

9. Ændringer i privatlivspolitikken

Væsentlige ændringer meddeles via opdateringer i App Store. Denne politik er gældende fra september 2026.

2. What data do we collect?

SkatKm only collects and processes data you enter yourself:

Home address and workplace addresses (for km calculation)
Commute log entries (date, km, transport type)
Profile information (name, municipality/region)
App settings (language, notifications, tax rates)
Transport expenses you log manually (fuel, tickets, etc.)

        We do not collect payment information (handled by Apple), location history (location is only used when you actively tap "Use my current location"), or other personally identifiable information.
      

3. Where is your data stored?

All data is stored:

Locally on your device — in the app's sandboxed storage
In your personal iCloud account — via Apple CloudKit (iCloud.app.skatKm.data)

        We have no access to your iCloud account. Your data never leaves your personal Apple infrastructure. We cannot view, access or export your data.
      

4. Third-party sharing

We do not share, sell or disclose your personal data to any third parties — for advertising, analytics or any other purpose.

Apple processes payments via the App Store. See Apple's privacy policy for details on that processing.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access — view all your data via the app
Rectification — correct your data directly in the app
Erasure — delete all data via Settings → Delete all data
Portability — export your data as a PDF annual report
Objection — contact us to raise an objection to processing

6. Location (GPS)

SkatKm requests access to your location only when you actively tap "Use my current location" to fill in your home address. We never store your ongoing GPS location or location history.

7. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the app sends local notifications from your own device. This data never leaves your device.

8. Children

SkatKm is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data about children.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be communicated via App Store updates. This policy is effective from September 2026.
