By downloading or using TipDeler ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
chmays.app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TipDeler for personal and commercial business purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
TipDeler offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
A 7-day free trial is offered to new users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
You may use TipDeler to calculate and distribute tip amounts among staff members at your business. You agree not to:
TipDeler is a calculation tool designed to assist managers with tip distribution. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all calculations before distributing tips to staff. chmays.app is not liable for any errors in tip distribution arising from use of the App.
TipDeler and all associated content, design, and code are the intellectual property of chmays.app. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. chmays.app does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, chmays.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
