This Privacy Policy explains how VitaCore ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS application. By using VitaCore, you agree to this policy.
📱 Data We Collect
Data Stored On Your Device Only
The following data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Your supplement stack and daily check-ins
- Notification preferences (morning/evening reminders)
- Language preference (English / Danish)
- Athlete mode setting
- Daily streak counter
- App subscription status (Pro/Free)
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or personal identity
- We do not collect health or medical data
- We do not track your location
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or camera
💳 Subscriptions & Payments
VitaCore offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly and annual). All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We never receive, store, or handle your payment card details.
Subscription Management
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
🍎 Apple Services
VitaCore uses the following Apple platform services:
- StoreKit 2 — for subscription management
- UserNotifications — for optional daily reminders
- UserDefaults — for local data persistence
These are standard iOS frameworks. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in VitaCore.
👶 Children's Privacy
VitaCore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will delete it.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
VitaCore provides general educational information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
📄 Agreement
By downloading or using VitaCore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of VitaCore, including free and Pro subscribers.
✅ Permitted Use
VitaCore is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to:
- Browse vitamin and supplement educational content
- Track your daily supplement intake
- Review supplement interaction information
- Set personal supplement reminders
- Access sport and performance supplement guides
🚫 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
- Attempt to extract or scrape our content or data
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
- Share your Pro subscription access with others

The information provided in VitaCore is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. VitaCore does not:
- Diagnose any medical condition
- Prescribe supplements or medications
- Replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist
- Guarantee results from any supplement protocol
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement regimen — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
💳 Subscription Terms
Free Trial
VitaCore Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Your trial begins on the date you subscribe. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Auto-Renewal
After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the selected price (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes through the App Store.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, chmays.app and the developers of VitaCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
🌍 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon and applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lebanon, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
