1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Freepin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the app. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and chmays.app.

2. Purpose of the Service

Freepin is a free platform enabling private individuals to give away items to others nearby. Freepin is intended solely for the free transfer of personal property between private individuals. Selling items for payment is strictly prohibited.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Only create listings for items you legally own and are entitled to give away
• Upload truthful and accurate descriptions and photos
• Not create false, misleading or duplicate listings
• Remove listings immediately once an item has been given away
• Behave respectfully and politely towards all users
• Not harass, threaten or discriminate against other users
• Honour arrangements made with other users
• Show up for agreed pickups or give timely notice if unable to
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Only create one account per person

4. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use Freepin to:

• Sell items for payment — Freepin is for free transfers only
• List illegal items including weapons, drugs, stolen goods or counterfeit products
• List hazardous materials including chemicals, explosives or substances requiring special handling
• Post offensive, racist, hateful, pornographic or violent content
• Send spam, chain letters, commercial advertising or unsolicited promotions
• Engage in fraud, phishing or attempts to obtain other users' personal information
• Use bots, scrapers or automated systems
• Interfere with or damage the platform's operation
• Create false identities or impersonate others

Violations may result in immediate permanent suspension of your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to photos and text you upload. You grant chmays.app a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

The app, its design, logo and code are protected by copyright and belong to chmays.app. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Freepin's materials.

Content reported by 3 or more users may be automatically hidden. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Freepin is solely an intermediary platform. We are not a party to agreements between users and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety or legality of exchanged items
• The accuracy of users' information or identity
• Fulfilment of agreements between users
• Loss, damage or personal injury arising from item pickups

To the fullest extent permitted by law, chmays.app shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of Freepin.

7. Safety During Pickup

We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public places during daytime hours
• Bringing a friend or family member
• Letting someone know where you are going
• Trusting your instincts — decline a pickup if you feel unsafe

Freepin is not responsible for incidents occurring during item pickups.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account or by contacting support@chmays.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, have been inactive for more than 12 months, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms with 14 days' notice via push notification or in-app message. Continued use of Freepin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
