By downloading or using MoveLocal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

MoveLocal is a location-based city discovery app. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app's services.

3. Location Data

MoveLocal requires access to your device's location to provide nearby place search, route planning, and city guides. Location data is used solely within the app on your device and is never sold or shared with third parties.

4. In-App Purchases

• MoveLocal Pro is available as a one-time, non-consumable purchase at $4.99 USD (or local equivalent).
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• Pro features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device you own.

5. Third-Party Services

MoveLocal uses Apple MapKit, Apple WeatherKit, and open exchange rate APIs for data. By using the app, you also agree to Apple's terms of service. Links to third-party apps (Google Maps, Uber, Careem, etc.) are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within MoveLocal is the property of MoveLocal / chmays. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoveLocal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place data, transit information, currency rates, or route suggestions. Always exercise your own judgment when navigating.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveLocal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
