By downloading, installing, or using the RightNow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
RightNow is a free, real-time social discovery application that allows users to create, join, and participate in short-lived location-based activity groups called "Vibes." The App includes the following features:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RightNow. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the applicable age, you must not use the App. If we discover that a user is under the minimum age, we will terminate their access and delete their data immediately.
You agree to use RightNow only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

RightNow provides free peer-to-peer voice calling between users connected via private chat. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
RightNow requires access to your device's location to show nearby vibes. By using the App, you acknowledge that:
RightNow connects users in real-world activities. Your personal safety is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you:
We are not responsible for the actions of other users in the real world. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (messages, photos, vibe descriptions). By submitting content, you grant RightNow a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to transmit and display that content to other vibe participants for the duration of the vibe.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you post, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Users may report content using the in-app report feature. We review reports and may remove violating content without notice.
RightNow is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce an optional paid subscription or Pro tier in a future update. The following commitments apply:
All content and technology within RightNow, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, graphics, and the "RightNow" name, are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
RightNow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that voice calls will be of a particular quality, that vibes or other users will be present in your area, or that any content within the App is accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RightNow and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, personal injury resulting from real-world meetings, or content transmitted by other users via chat or voice calls. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RightNow and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to RightNow at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Your local data will remain on your device until you uninstall the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RightNow with respect to your use of the App.
