By downloading, installing, or using GymNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of service

GymNest is a gym management application that allows gym owners to manage members, check-ins, membership plans, payments, and announcements. The service includes an iPhone app, an Android app, and a web dashboard at dashboard.gymnest.org.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use GymNest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use GymNest only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to store data you do not have permission to store
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions and billing

GymNest offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in the app prior to purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law
• Apple's standard in-app purchase terms apply to all subscription purchases

5. Free plan limitations

The Free plan allows a maximum of 20 members and does not include access to the web dashboard. Upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited members and web dashboard access.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into GymNest, including your member data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Availability

We strive to keep GymNest available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

GymNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using GymNest at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
