Welcome to BrewMaster. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.
02 Data We Collect
BrewMaster stores all your data — journal entries, bean logs, flavor notes, and preferences — locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data on our servers.

03 iCloud Sync
If you are signed into iCloud, your data is synced via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. This data is private to your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never have access to your iCloud data.
04 Camera Access
The Bean Scanner feature requests camera access to read barcodes on coffee bags. Camera access is used only when you actively open the scanner. Images are never stored or transmitted — only the barcode value is read.
05 Photo Library
When you attach a photo to a journal entry, it is stored locally on your device within the app's protected storage. Photos are never uploaded to any server and are only accessible within BrewMaster.
06 Notifications
If you enable daily brew reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device using iOS's notification system. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or your device Settings.
07 Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not process or store any payment information. Purchase receipts are verified directly with Apple's servers.
08 Third-Party Services
BrewMaster does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share any data with third parties.
09 Children's Privacy
BrewMaster is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
