01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using BrewMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the app.
02 License
BrewMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its content.
03 User Content
All journal entries, ratings, notes, photos, and other content you create in BrewMaster belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you create in the app. Your data is stored on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account.
04 In-App Purchases
BrewMaster offers a one-time premium upgrade at $4.99 (or local equivalent). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies. Premium access is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
05 Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse BrewMaster. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
06 Intellectual Property
All content included in BrewMaster — including the app design, graphics, text, recipes, guides, and coffee content — is the property of BrewMaster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The BrewMaster name and logo are proprietary.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
BrewMaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Coffee brewing results depend on your equipment, beans, water, and technique — we provide guidance but cannot guarantee outcomes.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrewMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, BrewMaster.
09 Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to update the app and these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or this page with an updated date. Continued use of BrewMaster after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of BrewMaster shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where BrewMaster operates.
