ClaimIt Fly is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. We do not operate servers that store your personal information, and we never share or sell your data.
1 Data We Collect
ClaimIt Fly collects only the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and flight details. This information is entered voluntarily in the Settings screen and is used solely to generate compensation claim letters. We do not collect this data — it never leaves your device.
2 How We Use Your Data
Your personal details are used exclusively to populate the claim letters you generate within the app. These letters are addressed to airlines and national authorities. We do not transmit, process, or store your data on any external server. All letter generation happens entirely on your device.
3 Data Storage
All data entered in ClaimIt Fly is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes your personal details, flight claim records, generated letters, and any attached photos. This data is protected by iOS device encryption and is only accessible when your device is unlocked.
4 In-App Purchases
ClaimIt Fly Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase history and entitlements are managed by Apple's StoreKit framework. For payment-related questions, please contact Apple Support.
5 Notifications
If you grant permission, ClaimIt Fly sends local push notifications to remind you of claim deadlines (at 7, 14, and 21 days after sending a letter). These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification data is transmitted to any external service.
6 Third-Party Services
ClaimIt Fly does not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporting services, or tracking technologies. We do not integrate with any third-party data processors. The app does not make network requests except to process in-app purchases through Apple's servers.
7 Your Rights
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone. You can modify or remove your personal details at any time in the Settings screen within the app. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app permanently removes all associated data from your device.
8 Children's Privacy
ClaimIt Fly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can assist.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
