By downloading or using ClaimIt Fly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the app. These terms apply to both the free version and ClaimIt Pro.
2 What ClaimIt Fly Does
ClaimIt Fly is a tool that helps you check your eligibility for flight compensation and generate professionally-worded claim letters based on applicable passenger rights regulations, including EU Regulation 261/2004, UK261, Canada APPR, and US DOT Part 250. The app does not submit claims on your behalf, negotiate with airlines, or provide legal representation.

The information provided by ClaimIt Fly is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. ClaimIt Fly makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any compensation claim. Results depend entirely on individual flight circumstances, airline policies, and applicable law. 4 Accuracy of Information
ClaimIt Fly calculates compensation amounts based on publicly available passenger rights regulations. While we strive for accuracy, regulations change over time and interpretations may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that your claim is accurate and valid before submitting it to an airline or authority. We do not guarantee that the eligibility assessments or compensation amounts shown are legally binding.
5 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information you enter into ClaimIt Fly. You must ensure that any claim you submit to an airline is truthful and based on actual events. ClaimIt Fly is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, false, or misleading claims submitted to airlines or authorities.
6 ClaimIt Pro — In-App Purchase
ClaimIt Pro is available as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Once purchased, Pro features are unlocked permanently on your Apple ID. The purchase is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases — refund requests must be directed to Apple. Family Sharing is supported where enabled.
7 Limitation of Liability
ClaimIt Fly and its developer (chmays.app) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to unsuccessful claims, airline decisions, legal costs, missed deadlines, or any reliance on the information provided by the app. Your use of ClaimIt Fly is entirely at your own risk.
8 Intellectual Property
All content within ClaimIt Fly, including letter templates, design elements, code, and copy, is the property of chmays.app and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written permission from chmays.app.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
ClaimIt Fly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs. We do not warrant that eligibility assessments will be accurate in all cases or that airlines will respond favorably to letters generated by the app.

11 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of ClaimIt Fly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, where the developer is based.
