Terms of Service
Felix and Felixo are wellness tracking tools only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. In case of emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal clinic immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Felix or Felixo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
Description of Service
Felix is a cat wellness tracking app. Felixo is a dog wellness tracking app. Both provide tools for logging pet health data, AI-powered mood analysis, food scanning, health records and more. Both apps are developed and maintained by Alex Adam Chmays.
Subscriptions
Both Felix and Felixo offer auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly: $4.99 per month
- Annual: $49.99 per year (save 17%)
- Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Support
Both apps share the same support channel. For help with either Felix or Felixo, contact us at support@felixapp.org. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the apps only for their intended purpose of tracking and managing your pet's wellness. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the apps
- Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
- Share your subscription access with others
Limitation of Liability
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the apps, including veterinary decisions made based on app data. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice.
AI Features
AI features in both apps use Anthropic's Claude API. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Never use AI-generated health assessments as a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Intellectual Property
All content, design and code in Felix and Felixo is owned by Alex Adam Chmays. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the apps without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
