How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings โ Your Name โ Subscriptions โ Felix or Felixo โ Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

All data is saved locally on your device. If data is missing after an update, contact us and we'll help.

AI features not working
AI features require an internet connection. Check your connection. The daily limit is 5 AI analyses per day total.

Camera or photo access issues
Go to iPhone Settings โ Felix or Felixo โ make sure Camera and Photos permissions are enabled.

Can I track multiple cats?
Yes! Go to Settings โ My Cats โ Add New. Switch between cats using the bar at the top of the screen.

Can I track multiple dogs?
Yes! Go to Settings โ My Dogs โ Add New. Switch between dogs using the bar at the top of the screen.

Not receiving reminders
Go to iPhone Settings โ Notifications โ Felix or Felixo โ make sure notifications are allowed.

How do I log a walk?
Tap the Walks tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap "Log Walk", enter duration and distance, then save.
When emailing support, please include:
- Which app โ Felix (cat) or Felixo (dog)
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Any screenshots if relevant
