How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Your Name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Felix or Felixo โ†’ Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

All data is saved locally on your device. If data is missing after an update, contact us and we'll help.

AI features require an internet connection. Check your connection. The daily limit is 5 AI analyses per day total.

Camera or photo access issues
Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Felix or Felixo โ†’ make sure Camera and Photos permissions are enabled.

Yes! Go to Settings โ†’ My Cats โ†’ Add New. Switch between cats using the bar at the top of the screen.

How do I log a walk?
Tap the Walks tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap "Log Walk", enter duration and distance, then save.
